George Claffey has been the resident teaching instructor at Miner Hills since 200.  He is a Certified Master Teacher with the United States Golf Teachers Federation and has been named as one of the top 50 Professionals by the World Golf Teachers Federation.

 

George has been most successful in assisting golfers of all levels, improving every aspect of their game through simplified individual attention. 

His passion to help others, through teaching, extends to his other roles as a college professor and a coach with the First Tee, CT.
